TO ALL THE STUDENTS WHO SIGNED UP FOR THE Crissy Field RUN
Reminder: 7:30AM! Meeting Time!
Be at the Camron-Stanford House, our usual meeting spot at 7:30AM on Saturday, Feb.4….
The bus leaves at 7:45AM and it would be sad if you missed it.
You are signed up for the timed run and I’ll distribute the barcode cards in the bus.
What do you need?
- Eat breakfast in the morning
- BRING your RUNNING SHOES
- Bring your water bottle.
- Bring your RBO shirt, RBO beanie
- Bring a sweater
- Bring a rain jacket,
- Bring a dry tee-shirt
- We’ll have snacks as usual.
AND Bring your BIG Smile and outstanding Energy !

Run another fun race with RBO on Sunday, February 26
The LMJS Couples Relay is a two person relay with each teammate running one 5K lap around Lake Merritt. Teams can be comprised of any combo of genders (on female/male teams the female runner will run the first leg).
There are prizes for winners in each age division plus oldest and youngest team. There will be many goodies and prize drawings for all runners (must be present to win). The first 180 teams registered will receive a great race premium!
The race starts at Lake Merritt, near Adam's point at 9:00AM.
