 RBO Youth Coaches (formerly known as Green Team) are high school volunteers that support RBO in a variety of ways while gaining career skills and experience. Our youth coaches arrive early to help set up practice, support our check-in process, and then run with our K-5 students once practice begins. Youth coaches are eligible to receive community service credit for participation.

Students interested in joining RBO as a Youth Coach for the Spring 2024 season must submit an application and be accepted into the program. If you are planning to apply, please do not register for the Spring 2024 season until after your Youth Coach application has been reviewed. We will accept Youth Coaches to the program on a rolling basis as we receive applications until the program is full. To ensure that your application is reviewed in time for the start of the season, please make sure to submit your application by February 15th.
