Thresholds were pushed and last year's times were beaten... RBO was SPEEDY at this year's Lake Merritt Joggers and Striders' Couples Relay. Congrats to everyone who came out to run this fun team relay, with each team member running a 5k around the Lake. Bonus points to everyone who made it to practice Saturday and to the race Sunday—all the more prep for the Oakland Running Festival!
