Here’s what your practice will be:
Students K-5th Grade
You’ll warm-up with drills and games and then run up to 1 mile. Then cool-down and hydrate.
Students 6th-12th Grade
You’ll warm and work on your speed with dynamic drills, core circuits and hill exercises. Then run up to 1.5 miles before you cool-down, stretch and hydrate.
