Double Your Gift

Companies often provide matching gifts for their employees' charitable donations. RBO is authorized to accept matching funds through Benevity, which supports many corporate matching and giving programs. Check with your employer to double your gift.

Start Your Own Fundraiser

RBO fundraising champions have used platforms like Facebook and GoFundMe to launch their own campaigns, or a simple email fundraiser with a direct donation link. Let RBO know when your fundraiser launches — we'll help spread the word on social media.

Shop and Give

Join the Basementeers program for 10% off every purchase at Sports Basement — and Sports Basement donates 10% of yearly profits to beneficiaries including RBO.

Running for a Better Oakland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with designated status from the IRS. Your monetary donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law. Our tax exemption number is #27-3509778.
