What you'll do
Our Youth Coaches arrive early to help set up practice, support our check-in process, and then run with our K-5 students once practice begins. Youth Coaches are eligible to receive community service credit for participation.
How to Apply
Students interested in joining RBO as a Youth Coach must submit an application and be accepted into the program. If you're planning to apply, don't register for the RBO season until after your Youth Coach application has been reviewed.
Applications for the Fall 2026 Youth Coach Program are due by Thursday, September 24th, 2026.
